Equipment & Inventory

Track your company's equipment fleet and inventory items.

Equipment dashboard​

The Equipment Dashboard displays:

  • All registered equipment and vehicles
  • Current status (active, maintenance, retired)
  • Assignment to projects or crews

Adding equipment​

  1. Navigate to Equipment from the sidebar
  2. Click Add Equipment
  3. Enter details (type, make, model, serial number)
  4. Set the initial status

Inventory tracking​

The Inventory Dashboard tracks consumable supplies and materials:

  • Stock levels and reorder alerts
  • Usage history by project
  • Cost tracking per item

Receipt tracker​

All purchases (fuel, parts, materials, expenses) can be tracked via the Receipt Tracker:

  1. Navigate to Receipts or use the Submit Receipt quick action
  2. Upload a photo or enter details manually
  3. Categorize the expense and assign to a project
