Common issues

Page won't load or shows a blank screen

  1. Clear your browser cache and reload
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket from the app

I can't see certain pages or features

Your access depends on your assigned role. Ask your company admin to verify your role in User Management.

Data import failed

  • Ensure your CSV file matches the required template (download from Data Templates)
  • Check for special characters or empty required fields
  • File size limit is 10MB per upload

Receipt photo upload not working

  • Ensure the image is under 5MB
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC
  • Check that your browser has permission to access your camera/files

Tailboard form won't submit

  • All required fields must be filled (crew, date, hazards section)
  • Ensure you have an active internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page and re-entering the form

Support ticket issues

The Help button is not visible

The Help button only appears when you are logged in. If you are on a public page (login, signup, home), it will not show. Log in first, then navigate to any protected page.

My ticket submission failed

  • Check your internet connection — Firestore writes require an active connection
  • Ensure the Title is at least 5 characters and the Description is at least 10 characters
  • Try refreshing the page and resubmitting

I submitted a ticket but can't see it on My Tickets

  • Allow a few seconds for the Firestore write to propagate
  • Refresh the /support page
  • Verify you are logged in with the same account you used when submitting

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Your browser and device type
